Privacy Policy

GovPursuit is a product of OMNIGEIST LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the GovPursuit platform, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

Account Information

When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and company name. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google profile name, email, and profile photo from Google’s OAuth service. We do not receive or store your Google password.

Company & Capability Data

During onboarding you may provide your company’s NAICS codes, set-aside eligibility, past performance details, and other capability information. This data is used solely to personalize opportunity matching and AI analysis within the Service.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages viewed, features used, AI token consumption, and timestamps. This data helps us improve performance, enforce usage limits, and diagnose issues.

Government Contract Data

The Service ingests publicly available data from SAM.gov and related federal data sources. This information is public record and is not personal data.

• Personalize opportunity matching and AI-generated analysis
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send transactional emails (account confirmations, billing receipts, usage alerts)
• Enforce our Terms of Service and usage limits
• Respond to support requests

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to train AI models outside of providing the Service to you.

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management
• Vercel — hosting and content delivery
• OpenRouter — AI routing service providing access to multiple large language models for analysis and natural-language processing
• Google OAuth — third-party sign-in
• Resend — transactional email delivery

Each provider processes data under their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum data each service requires to function.

We protect your data with industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (TLS), row-level security on our database, and scoped API keys. While no system is 100% secure, we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it. Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics may be retained indefinitely.

You may at any time:

• Access or update your account information through your profile settings
• Request a copy of your stored personal data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data

We use browser local storage to persist your theme preference (light or dark mode) and session tokens. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

The Service is designed for business use by government contractors. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years of age.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
